By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of GMB. Acceptance can be verbal, via email, payment of initiation, or signing a quote.
Template-Based Development
This is not a custom website development package; hence, the client should be aware that content, images, and colors will be replaced with the selected template.
The client should provide a single reference website to take content from; otherwise, the client should provide content and images via email.
Content Delivery
Website/application content and all related materials need to be provided to us within the first 2 DAYS of starting the project. Any delays thereafter may delay the project and may incur additional charges if it goes beyond the reasonable timeframe.
Website Structure
The client should be aware that this is a dynamic website. The website developer will keep the website ready with 5-7 pages of content alone. The rest of the sub-pages content should be added by the client with the help of developer training materials such as documentation or videos.
Main menu-related pages alone are to be designed by the developer.
Feedback and Communication
Feedback within the agreed scope will be developed by the developer. Extra customizations will be done at extra charges.
Customer feedback should be provided in a neat, understandable format in a Word document or PPT.
The point of communication should be a single person from the client’s company. He/She is solely responsible for attending the training and any form of communication.
Any delays at the client’s end may delay the project, the proposed timeframes, and may incur additional costs. Since it is a trial and error process, GMB cannot hold the project for multiple months due to client-side circumstances.
Rework and Modifications
Any rework on an already completed task will attract additional charges.
Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
Any modifications requested during the development or after the Go-Live approval will incur additional charges. All additional work, over and above the estimates, is charged separately.
Under no circumstances will GMB be liable for any delays caused by changes in the project brief.
Ownership and Copyright
GMB CMS is a proprietary CMS of GMB. GMB owns copyrights of all codes written for any client.
The website/application can be transferred to a nominated 3rd party server upon full payment of all invoices and dues. [Applicable for the Custom Enterprise Package, not for the website builder packages.]
All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is the client’s responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.
Google Search and SEO
With regard to the Google search results or displaying your website in Google, "this project only relates to web design". We cannot guarantee that when the website is released, it will appear in Google.
Simply having a website won't help you rank in Google. It is important to do effective online marketing to increase website traffic and Google visibility. This process takes time.

Footer Details
In the footer of the website, the developer details will be mentioned as “Designed by GMB.” The client has no rights to remove the details.
Refund and Business Relationships
No refund policy once the work has been initiated in any form.
GMB does not have any business relationship with the client’s business, products, clients, vendors, or financial commitments.
