Domain Name Purchase and Conditions:

• The domain name will be purchased or reserved upon the release of the final payment.
• Once a domain name is purchased, it cannot be renamed. If you wish to change to a different domain name, an additional payment will be required.

Domain and Hosting Validity:

• The domain and hosting will remain valid for 12 months (365 days).

Domain Renewal:

• Domain renewal is similar to recharging a mobile number. If renewal is not done within 7 days after the expiry, a penalty of over $100 will be charged to retain the same domain name.

Domain Transfer:

• If you wish to transfer the domain to your own server or another service provider in the future, a transfer fee of Rs. 5000, along with our service charge, will be applicable.

Domain Procurement:

• Domain names will be procured by San Software. If the domain name costs less than Rs. 1,000, clients can either select a different domain or pay the price difference.

Fancy Domain Names:

• Fancy or premium domain names may have higher rates compared to regular domain names.

Expired Domain Recovery:

• If a domain expires, a $150 USD fee is required to recover the domain during the Redemption Period. After the fee is paid, there is a 5-day period where the domain is pending deletion from the registry.
